1 Makarasana 
Makarasana is one of the most effective yoga poses or breathing exercises which helps you in increasing oxygen levels in your body. It makes your lungs strong.
Simply, lay down on the your mat or on floor. Stomach touch the floor than keep the 2 to 3 feet distance between your legs. And make a bridge like structure with your hands and keep your hand with your chin. Than simply breath in and out about 4 to 5 times slowly slowly.
Makarasana is also known as cobra pose. You can start your day with Makarasana.

2 Trikonasana
Trikonasanas is also known as arrow pose, this is the complete exercise for your hole body which keeps your muscles flexible.
Simply, stand straight than slowly down forward and touch your right tose with your left hand. Than keep your right hand straight upside. And hold this posture for atleast 30 sec.

3 Bhujangasana 
Bhujangasana is a pose which primarily strengthen your abdominal muscles and give you a relief in lower back. This pose makes your lungs stretch to increase lungs capacity 
This exercises can be done by: 
Begin by lying down flat on your stomach. Slowly bring your palms facing down and place them next to your chest. Than apply pressure on your palms and lift your abdomen region gradually. Inhale as you life the upper body and stratch. And hold it for atleast 30 sec. Than slowly down and relex.

4 Setu Bandhasana
This pose is also popular with the name of bridge pose. This pose not only increase your lungs capacity but also improve your sex drive and fertility Simply lay down on floor with your back and slowly make a arch or bridge like structure with inhale and keep this pose for atleast 30 sec and than come down slowly with exhale.

5 Tadasana 
Tadasana is not only help in improving oxygen levels by make strong your lungs but this exercise is one of the most effective exercise for maximise your hight and to increase your growth hormone. This exercise can be done by: simply stand straight and tight your hands tougher than slowly go upward by slowly inhale and stratch as much as you can and hold it for atleast 30 sec than by slowly exhale down your hands slowly.
