Office workout/ workout on your desk
As we all know that sitting whole day on the chair is not that comfortable. Continuous sitting on chair distribution the posture of the body and main reason for gaining weight. If you don't have time for workout than don't worry you can do simple workout or stratching while sitting on the chair.
We all heard that it's not good to sitting on chair whole day but In the today time we in every offices most of the employees are sitting whole day without knowing that they are on the path to unhealthy issues. But they also not have any time for their body, to keep it in shape and active.
While sitting whole day cause unhealthy weight gain, back issues, low energy, and other diseases may cause.
But now all those need not to worry about their body and health, there are some exercises which are simply but very effective for the maintaining of body in shape and active. These exercises will not take your much time, not need any equipment, and not any particular place for it.
1 Seated bycycle crunch
While sitting on chair you just strate your back and neck. Than keep your legs strate as shown in the picture. - Than in this posture move your legs in the way that you riding cycle. And like this move your hands also round and round. With left hand move right leg and with right hand move left leg.
BENEFITS- This exercise not only keep your legs strong and in shape but along this you get advantages of full body workout.
2 Seated cross body crunch
First sit strate and keep your face forward. Than keep your hands upward with your head as shown in the picture.
- Now as in this posture move your head towards your left leg with right hand and same with your right leg with left hand. And slowly do this.
BENEFITS- This exercise make your whole body in shape and fit. This exercise is good for your abs muscles. Help in maintaining body weight.
3 Legs Thrust
Simply sit strate on the chair and look forward. Keep your hands strate with chair as shown in the picture. Keep your legs in this this way that they make right angle with the floor.
-Than move your right leg strate with the chair according to the picture and as same with left leg and one by one do this exercise as much as you hold.
BENEFITS- This exercise make your knees joint strong and your thies muscle strong.
4 Waist twist
-Sit strate on the chair and look forward than simply twist or move your waist right and left one by one as shown in the picture. If you move right side than keep your left hand with your legs and if you move left side than keep your right hand with your legs.
BENEFITS- This exercise make your back (lower and upper back) flexible and strong. And help in reducing belly fat.
