How it's done
It is easy to bring mindfulness in your life. Focus on only that place, work which and where you are. Try to do this practice daily with pacience and peace.
1 focus on breathing
Sit in a comfortable, open and silence area of your home. Than slowly breath in and out while doing this practice focus on your breathing. Fell the way of breath in and out from nostrils. Fell that when you breath in your lungs and stomach fill and come upward and then when you breath out your lungs and stomach empty.
-Do this practice 10 minutes.
NOTE- One thing you should focus that when you breath in your stomach should be filled and come upward. And when you breath out your stomach should be empty. If this process happens with you than it is correct but if this process happens wrong with you than correct it.
2 focus on hearing
First keep silent from your inner self than try to focus on the sounds which are coming from your surroundings like sound of trees, birds, vehicles, wind blowing, etc. Than focus on the direction of sound. But you should focus on one sound at a time.
NOTE- Walking on grass early morning without slippers helps in improving your blood circulation.
3 Focus on walking
Walking is a part of day to day life.But we not focus on that how we walk. Walk without slippers on grass, teris, gallery of your home and focus on your feets. Fell than how you walk on one by one with the help of your feets. And fell that how your entire body weight balance on your feet.
4 focus on eating
During your meal time only focus on your meal. Try to focus on your food which you eat and what it is about and feel it's aroma. Focus on your eating habits, how to eat and how your food go inside your intestine. It will helps you in improving your eating habits and improve your nutrients absorption.
5 focus on your task/ work
Due to stress of lode of many work, we focus on multiple work at a time, results in stress and we not give our 100% on our work. So try to focus on o task at a time like if you are viewing your emails than do this only. It will improve your productivity and quality of work.
